Soul Food From Radhika’s Kitchen

Radhika used raw mangoes from our backyard to make the raw mango chutney for today’s brunch.  Here is the video clip made for fun, while I watched Radhika’s churning out this chutney in just about 8 minutes.  I have captured the same in about 45 seconds.   Scroll down to see pics and videos for raw mango chutney, poori chole, brown sugared rice pudding, organic ragi idli and peanut chutney, and street side makka butta

On Radhika Chintala‘s suggestion, I stopped the car for roasted corn on the cob at a street cart near Glendale Academy, post PTM at Aniketh’s school. Enjoyed perfectly roasted and seasoned Makka Bhutta of Hyderabad.  Here is the fun video clip, specially for those are outside India, to reminisce past memories
