Soul Food @ House of Dosas

ATS (Advisory and Transformation Services), a premium consulting team from Cigniti did mini team lunch outing at House of Dosas (newly opened a week ago). These visuals shows that we are all easily connected at soul level for a good dosa.

As I blogged earlier last year, when I visited HOD (first edition @ Banjara Hills), second edition of HOD has the same menu, with one’s favorites dosas usually made by grand mother or moms or spouses (those who are really lucky). I personally loved Errakaram Dosa (Red Mirchi Dosa), Pachhi Karam Dosa (Green Mirch Dosa), Mixed Karam Dosa, and Nutella Dosa (which is more like a dessert, and tastes like crepe or reminds you of a waffle)

Here is the 52-second clip.  Do not watch it, if you are hungry or away from India or home sick for good old traditional dosa.  You have been warned 🙂
