Howth Cliff Walk (around Dublin)

On the day 2 of my quick stint at Dublin (Ireland), Shiva and I had 3-hour free period.  We decided to explore the Cliff Walk in Howth, which is about a 25-min train ride away.  This place was recommended by the cabbie and also by the hotel concierge.

We walked about 15 minutes to the nearest “O Connely” train stop, and bought a 6-Euro round trip ticket.  There were about 6 to 7 stops, before we reached our destination.  We noticed the rural landscape of Irish suburbs, within 5 minutes of train ride from the Dublin City Center.

We spent about 2 hours in Howth, doing the cliff walk of about 10000 steps (according to our fitbit), and were serenaded by beautiful views, some of which can be seen in the pictures below.  I ended up walking another 10K steps in Dublin and transit through London to Hyderabad (with total of 20K steps for the day)

Here are few images and video clip from our cliff walk
