International Yoga Day 2017

Radhika arranged for group Sun Salutation Yoga (Surya Namaskar) on the rooftop of Taramati Baradari with Golconda Fort as the backdrop. She wanted me to create a video clip from this morning’s session, with the hope that 3-second footage from our clip, can be featured in the official video to be released by Art of Living with clips from over 100 countries, on international yoga day. Here are the clips from that effort.

We shot some footage of Surya Namaskar’s practice by Radhika and other yoga enthusiasts who are quite active as part of the Art of Living foundation.  The stage was set on the rooftop of historic Taramati Baradari, with Golconda Fort as the backdrop.  Thanks to the Telengana Tourism Dept for helping me with the permission for the venue.

Radhika also did a quick 60-sec solo yoga warm-up in front of another historic site, Qutub Shahi Tombs in Hyderabad.
