We concluded Innominds Leadership and Sales offsite last weekend, at Trance Greenfields, a sprawling 24-acre resort, just outside the Hyderabad. This is our first meet-up of this scale in India, post Pandemic crisis, with over 60 folks across several functions and business units at this meet-up. It has been an engaging two-day meeting, brainstorming, and thinking collectively to forge ahead to meet our goals for the rest of the fiscal and beyond.
Yes, it was great to see and meet up with everyone and bond in person, after 18 months of interaction over Zoom and TEAMS meetings. We are looking forward to getting back to full-time Work From Office soon and many pledged to return to office soon, and were visbily excited about it. The last offsite we have had in India was in Feb 2020 @ Pragati Resorts, and most recent one in San Diego at Hilton Torrey Pines
