After being locked down for 70 days inside home, few of us friends from JNTU camped overnight in Venky Talla’s Bed and Breakfast nicely nestled inside 15-acre organic farm-land. Our objective was to participate in Mango Harvesting and pick few Mangoes for Summer Pickles, and also just get a break from home.
We took food from home for Saturday night stay. Radhika packed Pulihora Rice, and Curd Rice. Dayakar got the Baingan Masala, Venky got few chutneys. Caretaker in the farm made Jonna Rotis. It was a great meal, under the stars. For the next day morning, we made Dosa (using batter from Radhika’s kitchen) and Omelettes.
