I am around the bay area next several days. Despite gloomy and rainy outlook in Sanjose, we took a look of faith and drove to Big Sur (a rugged stretch of California’s central coast between Carmel and San Simeon) and the Bixby bridge, which was long pending in my list of places to photograph.

Thankfully weather was just about right in Big Sur area and was perfect for putting my new 16mm lens into work. Drive was awesome as expected, as the place is known for winding turns, seaside cliffs and views of the often-misty coastline. We also stopped at the popular 17-mile drive (which was closed due to not so great weather), and pebble beach golf too
