This weekend I had stopped at my Friend’s farm (which I had visited few times last 2 years and blogged on it too), where he is building probably the first of its kind housing structure in Telangana, designed as Bed and Breakfast place in a live organic farm. Inspired by the traditional architecture of ‘Manduva Logili or Illu’ of south India or the ‘Haveli’ of north India, the B&B is a decagonal shaped house with a large open courtyard in the middle with a huge neem tree on one side of it. The house is nestled in the middle of a 10-acre natural organic farm and food forest, very close to Yadagirigutta, two hours from the city center. Dozens of unique attributes of this place will be unveiled when Venky Talla opens it for curated audience in a month from now.
Here is what I clicked yesterday at the farm during the golden hour.
