Say NO to BAD Software

Once again, #Cigniti was on hunt for top talent in ‘freshers’ category for last few weeks.  Our TAG team (Talent Acquisition Group) sourced over 5000 resumes (via E-Mail campaign, collaboration with premier finishing schools around India, social media campaign, internal employee referral, word of mouth, and more).   Then TAG team used their own algorithm / magic sauce to short list about 300 folks for walk-in interviews at our campus in Ascendas IT park.  Over 190 folks made it on-time for online exam on our intranet portal, followed by group discussions on contemporary topics.  Post this exercise, about 35 folks were presented for final discussions with Venky and his delivery leadership team.

All 20 freshers joined Cigniti this morning at 10AM. I walked into their office around 11AM along with Rahul, Venky, and Karan.  I have invited them to Venky’s cabin, and asked them why they chose Cigniti.   Here is what they said. It was an impromptu conversation, and we were quite happy to hear what they said.
