2015 is almost ever.  One can feel the smell of holiday season around, and see smiles on everyone’s face.  Given that most of the folks would go on holidays starting tomorrow, we decided to celebrate awesome success Cigniti experienced in 2015, with holiday events through out the day today.  We had planned team outing like we did last year, because of calendar conflicts, we passed it for now.

My own team did a Secret Santa event, and more than 40 of us purchased gifts to a random colleague within the team.  We have exchanged the gifts with help of “not so” secret Santa, “Raghav” from Marketing Team.  Later we hosted a elaborate pot luck lunch and invited representative from various support functions, and delivery team for the lunch

Later in the early evening, our corporate team hosted xmas celebration with teams serenading Christmas carols, sharing success stories and sharing miracles in their life, followed by candle light event, cake cutting, and snacks

I am very thankful for my colleagues, clients, prospects, vendors from all 9 countries that I support, and most importantly my family for another great year.  Eagerly looking forward for 2016.
